BirthdaySongs.ai is a service that creates personalised birthday songs using artificial intelligence. You provide details about the birthday person — their name, hobbies, personality, and your shared memories — and we use AI to write custom lyrics and generate a full song with vocals and instruments.

All songs are generated by artificial intelligence, not by human musicians or vocalists. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain imperfections, unexpected phrasing, or audio artifacts. You have the opportunity to review and edit lyrics before the song is recorded.

• BirthdaySongs.ai is a one-time purchase. No subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
• Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Current plans start at $7.99.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never store or access your payment card details.
• You can preview personalised lyrics for free before paying. Payment is required to generate the final audio recording.

When you purchase a song, you receive:

• MP3 download — A downloadable audio file of your personalised birthday song.
• Shareable gift page — A unique web page with your song, personal message, optional photo, and an animated reveal experience.
• Permanent access — Your song and gift page link never expire.

• If song generation fails due to a technical error on our end, you will receive an automatic full refund.
• If you are unsatisfied with your song, contact us at hello@birthdaysongs.ai and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
• Because songs are custom-made using AI and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the creative output. We will, however, work to make it right.

• Your song — You own the personalised birthday song created for you. You may download, share, and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Your content — Photos, messages, and questionnaire responses you provide remain yours.
• Our rights — BirthdaySongs.ai retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our service. We will never share your personal details, photos, or messages without your permission.

You agree not to use BirthdaySongs.ai to:

• Create songs containing offensive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate these terms.

BirthdaySongs.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We strive to keep BirthdaySongs.ai available at all times but may occasionally need maintenance. If downtime affects an in-progress order, we will ensure it is completed or refunded.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
